Built for liquid fertilizer and comparable flowable products, this stand-up spout pouch uses a bottom gusset and four-side seal to create a flat, reinforced base. It stands securely on shelves or pallets and resists tipping during stacking. A one-way degassing spout is fitted near the top: when pressure inside the pouch rises, gas is released gradually while the valve blocks liquid from escaping. This vent-without-leak behavior helps reduce bulging, swelling and seepage during shipping or storage in hot conditions. Spout options include a standard screw cap or a gasket-equipped version, both allowing smooth pouring and repeated resealing.

Typical pouch structures include PET/AL/PE, PET/NY/PE and PET/VMPET/PE laminates, with the film combination adjusted to match the fill, barrier and shelf-life demands of the product. Graphics are produced by 1–8 color gravure printing for rich color and clear detail, and finishes such as matte, gloss and spot-window can be specified. Standard fill volumes range from 100ml to 5L. Bag width, bag height, spout diameter and spout placement can follow your drawing, and matching roll film in the same material is available.

Foliar fertilizer, macro-element water-soluble fertilizer, organic liquid fertilizer and other liquids requiring venting to prevent swelling are common applications for this spout pouch; it is also used for small-format pesticide, household and food liquids. The customization process is clear: send a sample pouch, drawing or artwork, confirm material, volume and spout style, then proceed to sampling; once the sample is approved, mass production can begin. The factory is located in Dongguan, Guangdong, and includes a Class 10000 clean workshop. Film blowing, printing and bag making are all completed in-house. MOQ is 10,000 pcs, with production scheduling and delivery tracked against agreed milestones.
