Acid & Alkali-Resistant Stand-Up Spout Pouch for Laundry Liquid & Dish Soap Refills

In terms of construction, the pouch is built as a stand-up format: the base opens into a folded or gusseted bottom, while the body is sealed with either three-side or four-side seals. This gives the pack enough rigidity to stand upright on a shelf. A screw-cap spout is fitted at the top, and an anti-leak valve or flip-top spout can be selected when needed. The spout delivers smooth flow and a clean cut-off, and the cap continues to seal reliably after repeated use. It is designed for refill or portion packaging of laundry liquid, dish soap, cleaning powder and similar products.

The pouch body is usually made by laminating films such as PET, NY, AL and PE. The barrier layer and inner heat-seal layer can be tailored to the contents, helping balance acid and alkali resistance with resistance to squeezing and dropping. Graphics are applied by 1–8 colour gravure printing, which supports clear detail and stable colour reproduction; full-surface background, matte and gloss finishes are all possible. Common capacities range from 100ml to 5L, and the pouch dimensions, spout diameter and bottom structure can be customised to artwork. Matching roll film in the same material is also available.

Typical applications include refill packs for laundry liquid, dish soap, fabric softener and tea-seed cleaning powder, along with small-format filling for food, condiments and certain chemical liquids.
