5L Wide-Mouth Dual-Handle Spouted Pouch for Floor Paint and Water-Based Coatings

For large-volume liquids such as floor paint and water-based coatings, this pouch uses a widened bottom gusset to stand upright once filled. Dual side handles, offered as cut-out holes or reinforced grips, make carrying and pouring more manageable. The wide-mouth spout at the top supports fast, clog-resistant dispensing. A screw cap or sealing plug allows the pouch to be closed again after pouring, which helps limit spills and surface skinning. Heat-pressed seals create a flat, strong edge that can handle heavier contents.

The laminate can be tailored to the fill: PET, NY, AL and PE films are commonly combined to balance barrier protection, puncture resistance and load strength. For coating products, the inner layer can be upgraded for chemical contact. Printing uses 1-8 color gravure, reproducing fine text and solid color areas with stable registration. Standard capacities span 1L to 5L, and bag width, bag length and spout diameter can be adjusted. Matching roll film in the same material is available for continuous filling lines.

Typical uses include floor paint, waterproof coatings, water-based paint, adhesives, cleaning agents and selected liquid food products. The pouch suits hardware and building material stores, coating brands and filling plants.
