5L Large-Bore Three-Side Seal Spouted Pouch for Catering Sauce Delivery | Food-Grade Laminate Customization

Designed for liquid decanting by restaurant chains, condiment brands and food processors, this pouch uses a three-side seal format: the left, right and bottom heat seals are flat and strong, so it can stand upright or lie flat without tipping. A wide-bore spout sits at the top for fast pouring with less product clinging to the walls. It can be supplied with a screw cap or leak-resistant valve, making it practical for staff dispensing in stores, metered filling on packaging lines and resealing after opening. Ideal for soy sauce, sauces, cooking oil and similar free-flowing liquids.

The pouch body is commonly made from food-grade laminates including PET/AL/PE and PET/NY/PE. Barrier layers and film gauge can be tailored to the contents and sterilization method, helping balance puncture resistance and heat tolerance. Graphics are printed by 1-8 colour gravure, delivering clear image depth and consistent registration. Customization is available from customer samples or artwork, with surface options such as matte and gloss. Regular capacities range from 100ml to 5L, and spout diameter, pouch dimensions and seal width can all be developed to project requirements.

Typical applications include soy sauce, sauces, hotpot bases, juices, edible oil and household liquid products. The custom workflow normally starts with sample or artwork confirmation, followed by proofing and sample approval before mass production. Our factory is based in Dongguan, Guangdong, and operates a Class 10000 clean workshop with integrated film blowing, printing and pouch making. MOQ is 10,000 pcs; roll film in the same material structure can also be provided, with delivery scheduled against the approved sample and confirmed timeline.
