Engineered for liquid packaging, this double stand-up pouch combines a gusseted bottom with widened four-side seals, so a filled bag holds a stable upright posture on the shelf and never slumps — even after the cap has been opened and closed many times. A wide-bore spout sits at the top; pair it with a screw cap or a press-fit valve and you get controlled pouring with a dependable seal, while the oversized mouth lets filling lines run faster. A plastic handle can be added to the side, which makes the 5L format far easier to lift, carry and pour, and the empty pouch still folds down flat to save space in transit and storage.

Film structure follows what you fill and how long it has to last: food-grade laminates such as PET/PE, PA/PE and PET/AL/PE are all available, each balancing barrier against moisture and oxygen, puncture resistance and flexibility. Graphics are applied by 1-8 colour gravure printing for rich detail and consistent registration, with clear, matte or glossy surface finishes on request. Standard volumes span 100ml to 5L, and the spout opening, handle style and pouch dimensions are all made to your drawing; roll film in the same structure can be supplied alongside the finished bags.

Typical applications cover drinking water, juice and tea drinks, seasoning sauces, household cleaning liquids and chemical liquids, for retail display as well as transport and distribution. Ordering is straightforward: send a sample or artwork, agree on material structure, volume, spout and print layout, then approve the pre-production sample before bulk production starts. Manufacturing takes place at our Dongguan, Guangdong factory in a Class 10000 clean workshop, with film blowing, printing and bag making completed in house.
