5L Heat-Resistant Aluminum Foil BIB Double Stand-Up Pouch with Butterfly Valve for Juice & Syrup

This double stand-up pouch is built with a gusseted base, so a filled bag stands upright on shelves or inside shipping cartons. You can specify four-side-seal or three-side-seal construction, along with custom seal width and corner radius. For dispensing, choose a butterfly valve, spout or screw cap; each is welded directly to the pouch body to create a flat, secure seal. After filling, the pouch can be packed on its own or inserted into a paperboard box as a bag-in-box liner.

The pouch body is made from food-grade aluminum foil laminate, commonly PET/AL/PE or PET/NY/AL/PE. The film layers can be tailored to the fill's heat resistance, light-blocking and oxygen-barrier needs. Printing uses 1-8 color gravure and supports custom samples, artwork and drawings, with matt, gloss or spot finishes available on the film surface. Capacities range from 100ml to 5L, and spout diameters and pouch dimensions can be tooled as a matched set.

Typical uses include juice, concentrated syrup, red wine, edible oil, sauces and liquid household products, and the pouch can be assembled with a carton as a bag-in-box system. Our custom process covers requirement discussion, sample/artwork confirmation, trial samples and fit testing, mass production, then shipment. Manufacturing takes place in Dongguan in a Class 10000 clean workshop with in-house 1-8 color gravure lines. MOQ is 10,000 pcs, production and delivery follow the agreed schedule, and matching roll film in the same material is available.
