5L Hand-Carry Spout Pouch for Water-Based Paint & Chemical Liquid Packaging

Designed for water-based paints, exterior wall coatings, diatom mud and related liquid chemical products, this stand-up spout pouch uses a widened bottom gusset and sealed edges to stay upright and reduce storage space when stacked. Its threaded spout accepts a screw cap or leak-resistant plug for smooth pouring and convenient one-hand control. An optional handle hole or carry handle can be added near the top, making the 5L size easier to transport. Pouch shape, spout diameter and opening position can all be adjusted to suit filling equipment and user habits.

The pouch body commonly uses PET/AL/PE, PET/NY/PE and similar laminated films. Barrier and heat-seal layers can be selected according to the contents, balancing puncture resistance with chemical resistance. Printing is available in 1-8 colour gravure, with artwork, colour codes and matt or gloss finishes confirmed from supplied files or physical samples. Standard capacities cover 100ml to 5L, while bag width, bag length, spout diameter and roll width are customizable. Matching roll film in the same material can also be supplied for continuous automatic filling lines.

Typical uses include water-based paints, latex paint, waterproof coatings, diatom mud, detergents, agrochemicals and printing inks, as well as other liquid or paste products. The custom process is: provide a sample or drawing, confirm structure and material, approve the pre-production sample, then bulk production and outgoing inspection. The factory is located in Dongguan, Guangdong, with a Class 10000 clean workshop and integrated film blowing, lamination, printing and bag-making. MOQ is 10,000 pcs, and production and delivery follow the confirmed schedule.
