This three-side seal spouted pouch is engineered for metered filling of liquid foods such as syrup, soy sauce and seasoning sauce. Its sealed edges are flat and strong, making the bag compatible with both upright and horizontal filling lines. Fitment choices include standard screw spouts, flip-top spouts and leak-resistant spouts with sealing rings; valves, handles and hanging holes can also be added where required. The transparent body supports quick content checks, while a clear window can be reserved for brand messaging.

Food-grade laminated film is used, with PET/PE, PET/AL/PE and PET/NY/PE structures available according to the product. These options balance barrier performance and puncture resistance for oil- and salt-containing liquids. 1-8 colour gravure printing delivers clear pattern detail and stable colour, with full-surface coverage, partial white areas or transparent windows possible. Standard capacities cover 100ml–5L; bag dimensions and spout diameter can be adjusted to your drawing, and matching roll film in the same material can be supplied.

Typical applications include syrup, soy sauce, vinegar, seasoning sauce and fruit concentrate, as well as household and industrial liquid repacking. For custom projects, send an existing sample bag or your design; after the material structure and print proof are confirmed, a sample is produced and mass production follows once approved.
