500g Top-Fill Stand-Up Spouted Pouch for Perm Cream and Hair Mask Packaging

For hair care paste filling, this stand-up spouted pouch uses a bottom gusset that lets the filled bag stand upright for tidy shelf presentation. The top remains open for filling and is heat sealed afterward, while the screw-cap spout supports controlled dispensing and helps limit spillage. Snap-cap and valve spouts can also be specified for repeated use. A reinforced heat seal around the spout area is added to reduce the chance of cracking under pressure, making the pouch suitable for medium-to-high viscosity products at around 500g.

The pouch body can be constructed from PET/AL/PE, PET/NY/PE or PET/PE laminates, with the barrier layer selected to match the formula and balance stiffness, puncture resistance and chemical resistance. Printing uses 1-8 colour gravure technology to deliver rich colour, fine detail and smooth gradients, with gloss, matte or spot varnish finishes available. Capacities span 100ml to 5L; bag width, spout diameter and overall proportions are adjustable, and matching roll film in the same material can be supplied.

Typical applications cover hair care, daily chemical and personal care products: perm cream, hair mask, conditioner, hair dye, shampoo, body wash and comparable pastes or liquids, as well as pet grooming and small cleaning packs.
