Built with a bottom gusset, this spout pouch stands upright after filling and is less likely to tip during handling or shelf display. Heat seals run along all four sides, giving the pouch flat edges plus dependable sealing and pressure resistance. A screw spout or leak-resistant valve spout can be fitted at the top; the cap opens and closes repeatedly for controlled, multi-use dispensing. Pouch shape, spout diameter and bag dimensions are adjustable to match the product.

The main pouch body uses milk-white PE. Depending on the contents and required barrier level, the laminate can be PE, PET/PE, PET/AL/PE or NY/PE, balancing stiffness and puncture resistance. The surface supports 1-8 colour gravure printing with crisp graphics and consistent colour control, including full-coverage backgrounds, spot colours and matt or gloss finishes. Unprinted stock pouches remain an option for label application. Standard volumes run from 100ml to 5L, and pouch width, spout specification and seal width can all be tailored.

Typical applications include juice, jam, sauces, dressings, detergents and personal care liquids. The custom route usually follows these steps: confirm pouch style and volume, settle the material structure, supply a sample or artwork, approve the proof, then move to bulk production.
