500g Frozen Drink Spouted Pouch with Separable Inner and Outer Bags

This pack combines two separately formed pouch bodies in one unit. The outer and inner bags are sealed on their own edges, so each can be filled and dispensed independently, and the inner bag can be removed and carried alone. It follows a stand-up spouted pouch format with even, durable four-side seals and a screw-cap or straight spout at the top; a leak-proof valve can be added when needed. A locating feature at the inner/outer connection keeps both layers aligned after filling, making the pouch suitable for layered fills, portioned doses, or liquids intended for reuse.

Material selection can differ between the inner and outer bag to match the contents. Typical laminates include food-grade PE, PET, nylon, and aluminium foil; chilled and frozen applications often use low-temperature PE combined with nylon, while foil or metallised structures are chosen when oxygen and light barriers are important. Artwork is produced with 1-8 colour gravure printing, giving clear image detail and stable registration. Standard capacities cover 100ml to 5L, with adjustable bag width, spout diameter, and pouch style; matching roll film in the same material is also available.

Common end uses include frozen beverages, juice and jelly, dairy products, sauces, and household liquids, as well as dual-flavour kits, ingredient sachets, and single-serve packs. The custom path is simple: send a sample pouch or artwork, confirm the material structure and print plan, then approve a sample before mass production.
