480ml Food-Grade Stand-Up Spout Pouch for Aluminium Foil Water Bags

This stand-up spout pouch is built on a folded bottom gusset that lets the filled pack stand upright on shelf or in transit. The body is formed by three- or four-side heat sealing, with a food-grade PE spout and screw cap welded into the top panel; a folding water-bag configuration is also available. The spout-to-film weld is controlled for a consistent seal, so the pouch holds its shape through filling, palletising and container-load shipment to overseas markets.

The laminate is typically food-grade PET, aluminium foil and PE, and we adjust the layer combination to suit light sensitivity, temperature and shelf-life targets: the foil layer carries the barrier, while the inner PE layer supports spout welding strength. Printing runs on 1-8 colour gravure presses, full-surface or spot design. Standard volumes span 100ml to 2L, and pouch width, spout diameter and bottom gusset depth can be matched to your filling line. Matching roll film is available on the same artwork.
