Built around a stand-up format, this 475ml weakly alkaline water spouted pouch can also be produced as a three-side-seal or shaped bag. Heat sealing runs along all four edges, while a folded bottom gusset lets the filled pouch stand firmly and display neatly on shelf. Spout options include standard screw caps, tamper-evident caps and press valves, available in different bore sizes for direct sipping or pouring. The spout-to-film weld is reinforced to help lower leakage risk, which suits liquid products that need a longer shelf life.
Typical laminates include PET/AL/PE, PET/PA/PE and PET/VMPET/PE. Barrier layers can be tailored to the filling and storage conditions, balancing stiffness, puncture resistance and light blocking. Printing is carried out by 1-8 colour gravure, reproducing fine details, solid colour areas and smooth gradients consistently. Regular capacities span 100ml to 5L, with spout diameter and pouch dimensions matched to the fill volume. Roll film in the same material can also be supplied as a companion item.
These pouches are widely chosen for weakly alkaline water, natural spring water, juice, jelly, sauces and household liquids, as well as camping, sports hydration and children's drinks. The custom route is simple: send a sample or artwork, we confirm the bag structure and material, then prepare the cylinder and proof before mass production. Our factory is based in Dongguan, Guangdong, with a Class 10000 clean workshop. Film blowing, printing, lamination and bag making are completed in house. MOQ is 10,000 pcs, and production and shipment can follow the schedule agreed by both sides.
