Structure leads the design here: gussets tucked in from both sides unfold across the base after filling, creating a near-square footprint that keeps a full 3L pouch standing on its own and steady when stacked. The butterfly valve at the outlet releases liquid under finger pressure and halts the flow the instant you let go, so there is no need to lift or tip the pack, and whatever is left can go back on the shelf upright.
The panels accept edge-to-edge printing, letting brand graphics sit directly on the front or a defined label zone stay clear for later application. For a more distinctive shelf presence, decorative base patterns such as marble paired with an unprinted white area are also possible. On the material side, aluminium foil and metallised high-barrier laminates are offered to block light and support shelf life in liquids — wine and juice among them — that are sensitive to light and oxygen.
Volume, pouch dimensions, valve diameter and film build are all configured to suit your filling line, and print plates are made only once the artwork is approved. Ahead of a bulk run, a liquid-filled sample is the recommended step to confirm standing stability at the target fill, valve sealing and drop performance. MOQ and lead time are then set by the specification you choose.
