300g Spouted Stand-Up Pouches for Lotion & Body Scrub: Custom 1–8 Colour Printing

Designed around lotions, body scrubs, pastes and medium-to-high viscosity liquids, these spouted stand-up pouches use a reinforced bottom gusset for stable shelf display and easy handling. Their flat, secure edge seals help contain product, while screw-cap or flip-top spouts allow smooth dispensing and one-handed control. Choose a centred or angled spout based on your filling line and usage habits; spout diameter can also be matched to product viscosity, from travel-size packs to large refill formats.

For the pouch body, PET/AL/PE, PET/NY/PE or PET/PE laminates are available. The barrier layer and thickness are specified according to the contents to balance squeeze resistance, light blocking and leak prevention. 1–8 colour gravure printing reproduces detailed graphics and small text, with artwork or physical samples proofed for approval. Common capacities are 100g–5kg; bag width, spout diameter and tear-notch placement can be set for your filling equipment, and matching roll film in the same material can be supplied.

Typical applications include skincare, personal care, food sauces, household refill products, pet shampoo and care gels—especially medium-to-high viscosity materials. The custom journey generally moves from sample or artwork submission to material and bag-style confirmation, printed proofing, mass production and shipment, with a dedicated contact throughout. Our factory is in Dongguan, Guangdong, and operates a 10,000-class cleanroom; printing, lamination and bag making are completed in-house. MOQ is 10,000 pcs, with delivery scheduled against the approved sample and production run.
