250ml Custom-Printed Shaped Stand-Up Spouted Pouch for Vegetable Juice, Fruit Juice and Yogurt

These pouches are engineered around liquid and semi-liquid filling. Converters can form them as a conventional stand-up format, a custom die-cut silhouette, or a gusseted block-bottom construction. A bottom gusset gives the filled pouch a stable base. Edge seals are uniform and robust. Spout options include screw-cap and flip-top designs, and we can add one-way valves or leak-resistant gaskets. Users get a smooth dispensing flow and a secure reclose, which makes the pack compatible with automated filling equipment.

Material selection follows the fill and the sterilisation process. Frequently used structures are PET/AL/PE, PET/NY/PE and all-PE laminates; they balance oxygen barrier, light blocking and puncture resistance. Graphics are produced by 1–8 colour gravure printing, delivering dense colour and tight registration; surface finishes can be matt, gloss or spot varnish. We make pouches from 100ml through 5L, adapting bag width, spout diameter and outer contour to your drawing.

Typical end uses span fruit and vegetable juice, yogurt, jelly, sauces, dressings and liquid detergent. For sampling, share a physical sample or artwork and we will prepare a proof; mass production starts once material and print layout are approved. Manufacturing is carried out in Dongguan, Guangdong, inside a Class 10000 clean workshop for printing, lamination, pouch conversion and inspection. MOQ is 10,000 pcs; same-material roll film can be supplied as a companion item, and shipments follow the agreed schedule.
