1L Dual-Needle Spout Pouch for Fruit Tree Nutrient Drip Bags

For tree nutrient solution delivery, this pouch starts with a stand-up spouted design. Its three- or four-side seals remain flat and secure, so hanging weight does not easily cause splitting. A spout is welded at the top, and the outlet can be supplied with a dual needle tube setup: one tube releases liquid while the other handles air intake and return. This keeps dripping steady and helps prevent negative pressure from building up. The spout is heat-sealed into the bag as one piece for dependable sealing, reducing leakage when the pouch is hung upside down or moved in transit. A hanging hole can also be left for fixing to a trunk or support.

Bag bodies are commonly built from PET/AL/PE or PA/PE laminated film. The barrier layer can be selected according to the contents, balancing puncture resistance and light blocking. Printing uses 1-8 colour gravure, allowing artwork, colour codes and text to be reproduced from your brand visuals, samples or drawings with accurate registration and clear detail. Capacities cover 100ml to 5L. Bag dimensions, spout diameter and needle tube specifications can be adjusted as needed, and matching roll film in the same material is also available.

Typical applications include fruit tree drip infusion, transplant care, and fertilising for landscaping and gardens.
