100ml–5L Stand-Up Spouted Pouches for Detergent and Hotel Toiletry Sample Packs

Built for lightweight sampling and refill formats, this compact stand-up spouted pouch fits hotel guest toiletries and detergent trial packs. Its bottom gusset combined with three-side or four-side sealing keeps the pouch upright for stable shelf display. A spout is positioned at the top centre or slightly off-centre; screw-neck, flip-top, and leak-resistant versions with a sealing ring are available. Controlled pouring, smooth dispensing, plus optional hang holes, tear notches, and clear windows support easy one-handed use.

Typical laminate options include PET/PE and PET/AL/PE, selected around the acidity, alkalinity, or barrier needs of the fill. Surface treatment can be matte or tactile. 1–8 colour gravure printing delivers detailed graphics with consistent colour, and customization is possible from your physical sample or artwork. Matching roll film in the same material is also available. Capacities span 100ml to 5L; spout diameter and pouch dimensions can be adapted to your filling line.

These pouches work well for detergent, laundry liquid, shampoo, body wash, and conditioner samples or decanted portions. They are also suited to hotel rooms, homestays, e-commerce giveaways, and travel kits. The custom workflow covers requirement discussion, structure and material confirmation, sampling, plate making and printing from a sample or artwork, bulk production, and inspection before dispatch.
