1000ml Three-Side Seal Liquid Spout Pouch for Fruit Tree Nutrient Drip & Liquid Fertilizer Packaging

This spout pouch is aimed at drip-feed liquid packaging such as fruit tree nutrient solutions and tree activation liquids. Its three-side seal body has a flat bottom seal and upright side seals, with even seal widths that help the edges resist cracking under load. A threaded spout or one-way valve spout can be welded at the top, and a screw cap, tamper-evident cap or silicone valve can be added. Dispensing stays smooth and sealing remains reliable, reducing leakage risk during hanging or insertion-style drip feeding and long, slow infusion.

Film structures are chosen around the fill and required shelf life, for example PET/AL/PE, PET/NY/PE or PET/VMPET/PE, with a heat-seal PE or CPP inner layer for barrier protection and puncture resistance. Printing uses 1-8 colour gravure, producing clear image layers and stable colour, with optional matt, gloss or partial laser finishes. Standard capacities cover 100ml to 5L; pouch dimensions, spout diameter, tube length and hanging hole position can all be adjusted to your drawing, and matching roll film in the same material can be supplied.

Applications include agriculture and horticulture, liquid fertilizers, plant nutrient solutions, disinfectants and household chemical liquids, often for hanging drip feeding or suspended refill use.
