1-Gallon Wide-Mouth Stand-Up Spout Pouch with Handle for Juice and Coffee

Created for large-volume liquid containment, this spout pouch stands upright on its stand-up base during filling and shelf display. At the top is a wide-bore screw spout with an internal gasket, which can also be fitted with a leak-proof valve or tamper-evident cap. The spout is heat-sealed firmly to the pouch body, and the perimeter seals are clean and flat. A handle opening can be added to the upper panel as needed; the 1-gallon size can be carried one-handed for store takeaway and outdoor use.

Available laminate structures include PET/PE, PA/PE and PET/AL/PE, balancing oxygen barrier, light protection and drop resistance. The product-contact layer is food-grade PE, with thickness adjusted to the contents. Printing is done by 1–8 colour gravure for stable colour reproduction, plus matte, gloss or selective special finishes. Standard capacities range from 100ml to 5L; pouch dimensions, spout diameter and handle style can be modified to your drawing, and matching roll film in the same material can be supplied.
