1–5 L Double Stand-Up Bag-in-Box Pouch with Valve, Spout & Handle | Custom Foil Liquid Packaging

This pouch combines the dispensing valve and spout on the bag body, with a handle built into the top edge. Slotted into a carton, it becomes a complete bag-in-box pack. For juice, wine and similar liquids, the pack often stays open between servings; a valve can be opened and closed many times, making portion-by-portion pouring easier than a screw cap that must be reopened and reclosed.

The laminate is built in the order PET, AL, PA, PE. The PET outer layer carries the print surface and mechanical strength. The AL foil layer blocks light and oxygen. The PA nylon layer in the middle helps the bag survive folding and handling. The PE inner layer provides heat-seal performance and is the layer in direct contact with the contents. The double-gusset base folds into two supports, helping the pouch stand more steadily after it is placed in a carton.
