Delivered in roll format for automated liquid-care filling lines, this film converts into individual pouches on three-side-seal, back-seal or four-side-seal machines. Web flatness and heat-seal consistency are controlled to support reliable web travel and reduce the risk of film breakage during high-speed filling and sealing. When a spouted pouch or bag-in-box liner is required, a matching roll film in the same construction can also be supplied, making specification changes easier on the same production line.

Material structures are selected around fill characteristics and barrier requirements. Common combinations include PET/AL/PE, PET/VMPET/PE and PET/PE, balancing oxygen barrier, light protection and resistance to liquid permeation. Printing is carried out by 1-8 colour gravure for clear image detail and stable batch-to-batch colour, with matt, gloss and selected spot finishing options available. Web width, thickness and roll diameter are customised to the machine and pouch format; typical film thickness ranges from 0.06mm to 0.12mm, and multiple specifications are available for both sachets and roll stock.

Key uses include travel, hotel and sample sachets for shampoo, body wash, conditioner and hand wash, as well as liquid and paste products such as sauces and skincare. The custom process is straightforward: provide a sample bag, drawing or size requirement; confirm the material structure and artwork; approve a proof; then move to bulk production.
