Shampoo & Body Wash Sachet Film | Easy-Tear Roll Stock for Automatic Packaging Machines

This roll film is developed for automatic bag-making and filling lines that produce easy-tear sachets for shampoo, body wash and other liquid personal-care products. Rolls can be wound on paper cores or air-shaft cores for stable unwinding tension. Sachet formats include three-side seal, four-side seal and back seal, with tear notches and perforation lines placed at the positions defined in your artwork so consumers can open them by hand. Matching roll stock and finished bags are also available for projects that need spouted pouches or valved bag-in-box packaging.

The laminate is selected around the fill and barrier requirements, with common builds such as PET/PE, PET/AL/PE and PET/VMPET/PE delivering a balance of stiffness, moisture protection and light blocking. Printing uses 1-8 color gravure for crisp detail and dependable registration; physical samples and artwork files are both accepted, and colors/layout can be tuned to your brand. Film width, thickness, roll diameter and metres per roll are set to your packaging machine and sachet dimensions, with typical thickness from 0.05 mm to 0.15 mm and final values confirmed at proofing.

Typical uses cover small sachets for shampoo, body wash, hand wash and conditioner, plus measured portions in food and agrochemical applications. The custom route is straightforward: discuss bag style and size, proof from your sample or artwork, approve material and print result, then move to bulk production. The factory is located in Dongguan, Guangdong, and is equipped with a Class 100,000 clean workshop plus gravure printing, lamination and slitting equipment, allowing printing through slitting to be completed in-house.
