When long shelf life is the goal, the barrier layers inside a roll film do the heavy lifting: a dense pure aluminum layer keeps light out and makes it very difficult for oxygen and moisture to pass, which helps slow oxidation, moisture gain and aroma loss. This makes the silver foil laminate suitable for nuts, coffee, tea, powdered ingredients and oil-containing foods. The film can be custom printed with your colors and artwork; the foil base helps colors appear richer, while areas left as silver create contrast. Roll dimensions are made to match the packing machine, and even rewind tension allows continuous runs on high-speed automatic lines. The aluminum layer thickness and inner/outer materials can be chosen to fit the product, and matt or spot finishes can be added to balance barrier and visual effect.
