Food-Grade Laminated Roll Film for Jam, Mooncake and Tea Packaging

This food-grade laminated roll film is supplied in reel form for automatic form-fill-seal lines, where it is shaped into centre-seal, three-side-seal or pillow bags. Seals are flat and consistent, with stable hot-tack strength that handles both low-temperature and high-temperature sealing jaws. Core diameter, roll diameter, winding tension and splice method are matched to each customer's machine, so importers can supply their own converters, co-packers and brand clients without re-engineering the line or accepting extra downtime at reel changes.

The laminate is built from food-grade base films and inks, with common structures such as PET/PE, PET/AL/PE, PET/VMPET/PE and PA/PE selected to match oxygen, light, oil and retort requirements. Printing runs on 1-8 colour gravure presses, with matte, gloss or spot-varnish finishes available. Web width, film thickness and metres per reel are made to order, and matching roll film can be supplied for secondary lines. Artwork is developed from buyer samples or drawings and approved on a pre-production proof before mass production.

Typical applications include jam, mooncake, sauce, tea, coffee, nut, pet food and household chemical sachets running on centre-seal and three-side-seal machines.
