For plants that operate their own automatic packaging equipment, this laminated roll film supports continuous packaging of liquids, pastes, powders and granules. Slitting is carried out to match your machine’s web width, roll diameter, core inner diameter and unwind direction, so the roll can be loaded directly upon arrival—minimising roll changes and start-up waste. Gauge options span 60 to 150μm and can be matched to the product being filled and the packaging speed.
Structures available are standard PET/PE, high-barrier PET/AL/PE, medium-barrier metallised PET/VMPET/PE and puncture-resistant PET/NY/PE. The inner PE resin grade can be chosen according to your sealing temperature and required seal strength. Surface options include gloss, matte and soft-touch; printing uses ten-colour gravure and can include full-coverage backgrounds and spot colours.
Common specifications of unprinted film are kept in stock for shorter lead times and small trial production runs. Printed film requires cylinder engraving first; the lead time and plate cost are determined by the number of colours in the artwork. Customisation covers web width, thickness, structure, inner sealing parameters, surface finish, printed layout and roll length. Development from drawing or sample is supported, with free sampling.
