Supplied on reels for automatic liquid and semi-liquid food packaging, this film travels through a form-fill-seal machine’s forming section to produce three-side-seal, back-seal or four-side-seal bags. Its pure aluminum layer provides a high barrier against oxygen, light and aroma loss, making it a strong fit for bone broth, seasoning sauce and similar fillings where flavour retention matters. The seal area lies flat and the heat-sealing range is broad, helping the web run evenly. Nozzle or valve zones can be left according to your equipment layout, and the same structure can be paired with spouted pouches or bag-in-box formats.

The laminate centres on pure aluminum foil combined with food-grade films. PET/AL/PE and NY/AL/PE are common builds, while the layer pairing can be tailored to the filling and the sterilization route. Printing is done by 1-8 colour gravure, delivering rich colour and dependable reproduction across broad solids and fine graphics. Thickness, web width and roll diameter are set against your automatic packaging machine model; roll length, splice count and unwind direction are also scheduled around line requirements.
