Supplied in full rolls, this laminated film runs on automatic packaging machines that handle bag forming, filling and sealing in one continuous operation. It is built for fixed-specification, higher-volume production lines. Typical uses include confectionery, biscuits, granules and powders, plus personal care, hardware and electronics packaging.
The structure combines PET, PA and PE layers. PET on the outside contributes stiffness and good printability; PA in the middle improves toughness; PE on the inside works as the heat-seal layer. Standard thickness is often 6 to 12 silk. Web width is slit according to your machine width and pouch style, while roll diameter and core can be customised to match the machine. Printing supports 1–8 colours by rotogravure, reproducing brand and regulatory information cleanly at high line speeds.
