Custom Food-Grade Metallized Laminated Roll Film for Light-Blocking Snack Packaging

Engineered as a food-grade light-blocking flexible packaging film, this roll stock is built from a multilayer laminate and runs on automatic form-fill-seal equipment to produce three-side-seal, back-seal or four-side-seal pouches. Seals are strong, web tracking is steady, and the film handles continuous high-speed bag-making and filling without frequent adjustment. The roll contains no spout or valve; for end products that need dispensing or pouring, a same-material spouted pouch or bag-in-box format can be selected instead.

The laminate can combine food-grade films such as PET, VMPET, VMCPP, pure aluminium foil and PE according to the fill and target shelf life, creating metallized or pure aluminium structures with light-blocking, oxygen-barrier, moisture-proof and flex-crack-resistant properties. Printing uses 1-8 colour gravure and supports customization from physical samples or artwork, with stable image layering and colour-deviation control. Roll width, thickness, roll diameter and number of lamination layers can be adjusted to suit the packaging machine and pouch style; matching roll film of the same material can also be supplied.

Common uses include puffed snacks, potato crisps, nuts, biscuits and confectionery, plus dry products such as coffee, tea and pet treats where light and moisture protection matter. The usual customization path is requirement confirmation, sample or artwork proofing, proof approval, then bulk production. The factory is located in Dongguan, Guangdong, and operates a Class 10,000 clean workshop with in-house lamination, printing and slitting.
