Built for automatic sachet filling equipment, this heat-seal roll film can be formed and sealed into three-side, four-side or back-seal pouches for single-use hand sanitiser, shampoo and body wash portions. It lies flat with balanced stiffness, offers a broad heat-sealing window and delivers dependable seal strength, so it tracks well at speed without drifting. For packs that need a spout, tear notch or easy-peel opening, we can supply the same material structure as roll film and tune roll diameter and tension around your current filling machine to reduce changeover setup time.
Multilayer laminates commonly include PET/PE, PET/VMPET/PE and PET/AL/PE. The barrier and seal layers are chosen according to the fill product, balancing chemical resistance with reliable sealing. Decoration is applied by 1-8 color gravure printing, producing rich color and consistent registration; matt, gloss and spot-varnish finishes are supported. Web width, gauge, roll diameter and metres per roll are specified to match your equipment and pouch format. Typical thickness falls around 0.05–0.15 mm, and pre-production samples can be approved before the full run.
