Automatic-Filling Roll Film for Custom 3ml Hand Sanitizer Gel Sachets

Designed for automatic filling operations that package single-use hand sanitizer and hand gel sachets, this roll film can be heat-sealed into three-side or four-side sachets on form-fill-seal machinery. The standard fill is 3ml, with 5ml and 10ml formats also possible. Roll width, slitting direction and roll diameter are aligned with machine tension and film path, so the heat-seal layer performs consistently, seals stay flat, and the tear notch remains uniform for a clean open without stringing. It suits portable, single-dose packaging.

Available in food-grade PET/PE, PET/AL/PE and PET/VMPET/PE laminates, the structure can be specified with chemical-resistant inner and barrier layers to match alcohol-based gels or surfactant hand washes. Common thickness is 60–140 microns, and widths are adjustable from 30 to 300mm. Printing uses 1-8 colour gravure with accurate registration and stable colour control, capable of full-bleed backgrounds, gradients and fine text. Customization from samples or artwork is supported, and companion roll film in the same material can also be supplied.

Typical applications include hotel amenities, airline and travel kits, pharmacies and personal care brands that pack hand sanitizer, waterless gel and disinfectant gel sachets, plus single-dose shampoo and hand cream. The custom workflow generally covers specification and artwork approval, sample proofing, bulk gravure printing and lamination, slitting and rewinding, then shipment. The factory is based in Dongguan, Guangdong, with a Class 10000 cleanroom and multiple gravure printing, lamination and slitting lines. MOQ is 10,000 pcs.
