Auto-Filling Laminated Roll Film for Medical Granules and Disinfectant Liquids

Engineered for automatic filling lines in pharmaceutical and disinfection manufacturing, this rollstock runs through a bag former to create three-side-seal, back-seal or four-side-seal sachets. Seals stay flat and heat-seal strength remains consistent, while web tracking and registration are stable at production speed. The internal lamination is dense to help minimize powder cling and liquid leakage. If a spout or one-way valve is required, we can supply finished spout pouches using the same material system.

The laminate can be built from PET, AL, PE and NY films, with common combinations including PET/AL/PE, PET/NY/PE and PET/PE. These structures balance barrier performance, light blocking and puncture resistance. The outer layer supports 1–8 colour gravure printing for accurate registration and consistent colour, reproducing brand artwork faithfully. Finished rolls are commonly 40–150 μm thick; width, roll diameter and splice method are confirmed according to your filling equipment and print cylinder. Custom samples and artwork are accepted.

Typical uses include automatic sachet filling of medicinal granules, disinfectants, reagents and daily chemical liquids, as well as similar powder and paste products. The custom process starts with your sample or artwork; we then confirm material structure, web width and printing plan, produce a proof for approval, and move to bulk production after sign-off. The factory is located in Dongguan, Guangdong, and operates a Class 10,000 clean workshop, with printing and lamination handled in-house. MOQ is 10,000 pcs, and scheduling and delivery follow contract milestones.
