Aluminum Foil Laminate Roll Film for Hand Sanitizer & Disinfectant Gel Sample Sachet Packaging

These laminated rolls are built for low-dose liquid and gel filling, including rinse-free hand sanitizer and disinfectant gel. On automatic packaging lines, the film can be formed into three-side-seal or four-side-seal sample sachets; with a spout, it can also become a portable spouted pouch. The heat-seal layer is formulated to create flat, dependable seals, helping limit leakage and evaporation when alcohol-based products are filled. Uniform web tension supports smooth machine running, even during high-speed continuous production.

Common laminate builds include PET/AL/PE and PET/NY/AL/PE. The aluminum foil core acts as a barrier against moisture and oxygen, while the outer surface can be finished matte or glossy. Printing is done by 1–8 colour gravure, using supplied samples or artwork, with stable registration and image depth. Typical thickness ranges from about 60–160μm; width, roll diameter and slitting method can be tailored to the packaging machine and pouch style. Roll film in the same structure can also be supplied as a matching item.

Applications sit mainly in personal care and disinfection categories: hand sanitizer, disinfectant gel, care gel, cosmetic sample sachets and hotel amenity items.
