On automatic form-fill-seal equipment, this roll film passes through the former for edge folding, longitudinal centre sealing, cross sealing and cutting, producing 15g-20g sachets in one continuous cycle. Web width and print repeat remain consistent, while even tension keeps the film flat and reduces wandering or wrinkling. At typical filling speeds, the heat-seal layer forms tight seals and supports three-side-seal and back-seal sachet styles; at these small gram weights, no spout or valve is required.
Laminations can be combined to suit the pack, with common builds such as PET/PE, PET/AL/PE and PET/VMPET/PE balancing stiffness, barrier and heat-seal performance. Food-grade raw materials are used, meeting common food-contact requirements for export applications. Printing is 1-8 colour gravure with accurate registration and saturated colour, available with full-coverage backgrounds and matte or gloss finishes. Standard thickness is 0.05mm-0.12mm, web width is cut to your machine, and roll length and core diameter are open to discussion.
Applications include small sachets for instant coffee, milk tea powder, solid beverages, meal-replacement powder and seasoning powder, as well as selected powder-based personal care items. Customization is simple: send a sample pouch, artwork or size request; we confirm structure, repeat length and print plan, produce a sample first, and start mass production after approval. The factory is located in Dongguan, Guangdong, runs a Class 10000 clean room, and has export-oriented support experience. MOQ is 10,000 pcs, and matching roll film in the same material is also available.
