Designed for automatic form-fill-seal equipment used in liquid personal care production, this printed roll film converts a single reel into individual sachets or linked pouch strips. Slitting can follow the machine direction for three-side seal, back seal or pillow seal formats, while core diameter, roll diameter and winding orientation are set to match the customer's line. Flat edges and consistent tension support reliable high-speed feeding and heat sealing, producing well-formed sachets with strong seals and minimal leakage or wrinkling.
Standard laminate options are food-grade PET/PE, PET/AL/PE, PET/VMPET/PE and PE/PE, chosen according to the fill product and required barrier performance. Printing uses 1-8 colour gravure technology and can be customised from supplied samples or artwork, with accurate registration and controlled colour deviation. Web width is available from 50 mm to 1200 mm and thickness from 60 μm to 180 μm; roll diameter and core size follow equipment requirements, and matte, gloss or spot varnish finishes can be specified.
Typical uses include shampoo, body wash and conditioner, as well as hand wash and disinfectant gel in small daily-chemical sachets. The custom workflow covers requirement discussion, sample or artwork approval, proofing and sign-off, bulk manufacturing and pre-shipment inspection. Located in Dongguan, Guangdong, the factory operates a Class 10000 cleanroom with multiple gravure printing, lamination and slitting lines. MOQ is 10,000 pcs, and same-material roll film can be supplied as a matching set.
