Wide-Mouth Spout Stand-Up Pouch for Jelly & Beverages | 1–500 ml Custom-Shaped Printed Bag

For squeezable jelly, beverages and other liquid foods that need to flow smoothly through a spout, this stand-up pouch is built around a wide-mouth opening. The larger bore is what lets fruit pieces and nata de coco pass instead of clogging—the key difference from a narrow-spout pouch. Capacity can be selected from 1–500 ml along the product line, and the pouch uses a custom-shaped outline defined by the customer.

The pouch body is made of laminated material. A wider spout concentrates more stress at the shoulder, so heat-seal width and sealing curvature are designed separately during pouch making to keep the spout root from becoming a weak point. The inner layer is the food-contact layer and is chosen according to the acidity and sweetness of the fill; the outer layer is reserved for colour printing.

Colour printing is available in 1–8 colours, with artwork developed around the clarity and colour of jelly. Plates are produced after customer artwork is supplied. Spout model, pouch dimensions and add-ons such as hang holes are configured to order. MOQ is 10,000 pcs.
