This stand-up spout pouch is built for single-serve dairy and beverage portions, including milk, yogurt and milk tea. Once filled and heat-sealed, each pouch becomes a sealed pack that can be opened by unscrewing the cap for direct drinking. Its stand-up base helps the pouch stay upright in a chiller, while the lightweight, portable format fits breakfast, commuting and outdoor occasions. Sealing each portion separately also helps reduce contamination risk during transport and gives brands tighter control over serving size.

The pouch body uses laminated material, and closure is achieved through heat sealing: the perimeter of the bag and the base of the spout are sealed together to create a closed cavity. The inner layer melts at sealing temperature and comes into contact with the liquid, so it must balance dependable sealing with compatibility with the contents. The outer layer supports puncture resistance during filling, cartoning and shipping. A screw cap is fitted to the spout and can be tightened again after opening.

Available capacities range from 1 to 1000 ml, printing supports 1–8 colours, and the minimum order quantity is 10,000 pcs. Pouch dimensions, spout and cap style, seal width and printed artwork can all be customized. Dairy customers often ask for designated areas on the pouch for the production date and batch code.
