This stand-up spout pouch is made for refill formats in household care: laundry detergent, fabric softener, dish soap, hand wash and body wash. Because these liquids often include surfactants, pH adjusters and fragrance, the inner layer has to withstand chemical contact. That is why the pouch uses an acid- and alkali-resistant modified PE inner film, engineered to resist swelling, leakage and odour transfer during prolonged contact.
For dispensing, choose between two outlet designs. A pump head lets the filled pouch serve as a reusable everyday dispenser. Or a standard spout combined with a tear notch keeps the pouch sealed after filling; the user simply tears along the notch and pours. This second format suits e-commerce and supermarket refill programs. The stand-up base and large facing panel keep the full printed graphic visible on shelf.
Printing can use high-saturation colour to reproduce brand colours closely, while a matt or gloss surface finish adds a premium feel. Customisation covers volume, pump or spout specification, tear notch inclusion, surface finish, artwork and quantity. The pouch can also carry usage diagrams and dilution instructions.
