These liquid pouch bags are built on a stand-up spout pouch format, with three-side seals and a folded bottom gusset, fitted with a centre screw-cap spout. Depending on your filling line, a one-way valve or a flip-top spout can be specified instead. Seams are made flat and strong so the pouch runs smoothly on automatic filling and capping equipment and resists leakage in transit. Formats range from 250ml trial sizes up to 5L refill packs, giving importers options for retail shelves, refill programmes and bulk channels.

Pouch bodies are typically laminated from food-grade structures such as PET/PE, PET/AL/PE and PET/VMPET/PE, with barrier layers and inner sealing films selected to suit the formula inside — alcohols, disinfectants, detergents or acidic liquids. Surfaces accept 1-8 colour gravure printing, with matte, gloss and spot effects available. Standard capacities run from 250ml to 5L, and pouch dimensions, spout diameter and film thickness can all be adjusted to match your filling equipment. Matching roll film on the same artwork is available for buyers who run form-fill-seal lines in their own plant.
