This liquid pouch bag is built for exporters shipping drinking water, juice and other liquids. The body uses a three-side-seal or stand-up pouch construction with a plastic handle and a spout at the top; spout options include a standard screw cap or a leak-resistant pull-ring cap. Heat-sealed seams are reinforced for pressure resistance and leakage control, so 5L and similar mid-to-large volumes work well for single-serve and family dispensing. Flat, stackable packs keep carton loading efficient for full-container shipments.

The pouch body is a multilayer laminate, typically PET/aluminium foil/PE or PET/VMPET/PE food-grade film: the inner sealing layer contacts the liquid directly while the middle barrier layer improves light blocking and shelf life. Printing runs on 1-8 colour gravure presses with matt, gloss or spot-varnish finishes. Volumes cover 100ml to 20L, and pouch style, spout diameter and handle position can be adjusted per project. Matching roll film is supplied on the same specification for automatic filling lines.
