Engineered for jam, beverage and cheese applications, this narrow-spout stand-up pouch uses laminated material and is available in capacities from 1 to 1000 ml. The small spout opening is suited to extruded pastes and semi-liquid foods, allowing each viscosity—whether jam, cheese or a drink—to be dispensed at a practical flow rate.

The pouch body is built from multiple laminated layers and has a stand-up base, so a filled pack can remain upright. Because the spout is narrowed, the product stream is more concentrated and spreadable foods can be directed straight onto tableware. The heat-seal zone where the spout joins the pouch must stay flat and wrinkle-free; this area is critical to leak prevention. The stand-up base also helps with filling and packing handling.

For specifications, volumes from 1 to 1000 ml are supported, printing can be 1–8 colors, and the MOQ is 10,000 pcs. Spout diameter, pouch dimensions and gusset width can all be specified by the customer. Artwork may be supplied by the customer or adapted to the project requirement.

The stated use is liquid food outer packaging, with jam, cheese and drinks named in the product. When used as outer packaging, the pouch often serves for secondary portioning or multi-item sets, so the seal on a small spout is inspected more closely than on standard pouch formats.
