Small-Bore Spout Stand-Up Foil Pouch | 1–1000 ml for Jams & Liquid Foods

This liquid flexible pouch uses a top-opening format, with a small-mouth spout heat-sealed into the top. It is designed for viscous liquid foods such as jam: the squeeze flow is easier to control, while the folded base creates a stand-up bottom so filled pouches can stay upright on the shelf.

The pouch body is built from an aluminium foil and pure aluminium composite. The aluminium foil contributes light blocking and barrier performance; the pure aluminium layer strengthens resistance to oxygen and moisture, and the inner heat-seal layer helps protect the contents. The outer layer supports printing and mechanical strength, reducing damage during handling.

Available capacity is 1–1000 ml, printing is 1–8 colours, and the MOQ is 10,000 pcs. Spout diameter, cap style, pouch dimensions and artwork can be matched to customer requirements. For thicker contents, the spout bore should be enlarged accordingly, so this is best confirmed before plate making.

The stated application is liquid packaging. Suitable categories include jam, jelly, juice and beverages, milk tea, fresh milk, soy milk, soup and coffee. For pastes that contain fruit pieces or granules, the spout bore design is even more critical and should be matched in advance.
