Side-Spout Stand-Up Liquid Pouch | 1–1000 ml Aluminum Foil Laminated Bag for Tomato Sauce, Jelly & Baby Food Puree

This side-spout stand-up pouch is designed with the dispensing spout on the side panel rather than the top, giving a liquid pouch bag a pour angle similar to a jug. It is built from laminated material with aluminum foil (AL) and is available in 1–1000 ml capacities. Tomato sauce, jelly, sauces, and children’s fruit puree can all be squeezed through the side outlet.

The laminated pouch body uses aluminum foil (AL) as a light- and oxygen-barrier layer. Because the spout is welded onto the side, it sits away from the pouch’s main load-bearing panel, helping the filled bag resist distortion from the spout’s own weight. The stand-up base opens to keep the package upright for shelf display.

Capacities span 1–1000 ml, printing supports 1–8 colors, and the MOQ is 10,000 pcs. The spout’s side placement, pouch dimensions, stand-up gusset width, and color scheme can be customized. A trial sample is made first so the dispensing performance can be checked before bulk production.

These liquid packaging bags are used for liquid food products. Tomato sauce and children’s fruit puree are named directly, while jelly and sauce-type foods also fit the format. Side dispensing works well for spreading and portioned use, especially for viscous foods where squeeze-out volume needs to be controlled.
