Designed for laundry and personal-care liquids with a more chemical profile, this custom printable stand-up spout pouch is built for refill and shelf-ready formats. Its stand-up base helps it sit upright on shelves, while the spout removes the need for a measuring cup: consumers can squeeze the contents directly into the original bottle or simply finish the pouch and throw it away, lowering the amount of rigid plastic used. Fill volume is chosen per product and can range from 1 to 1000 ml.

The pouch body uses a laminated composite construction, with the foil layer acting as the barrier that keeps fragrance and active ingredients away from outside air. The inner layer is the part in direct contact with the fill, so it must stand up to detergents and surfactants without delaminating or leaking during long storage. Since liquid formulas vary, the inner film grade should be selected and confirmed during sampling.

Printing can be produced in 1–8 colours, allowing label details, usage instructions and warnings to be printed straight onto the pouch surface, which eliminates a separate labelling step. Pouch dimensions and spout diameter are aligned with the filling equipment, and the minimum order quantity is 10,000 pcs.

The stated application scope is liquid packaging, covering daily-chemical products such as laundry detergent, cleaners, disinfectant, shampoo, body lotion, sheet masks, facial cleanser, and perm or colour liquids.
