Portable Stand-Up Spout Liquid Pouches for Beer, Milk & Water — Transparent 5 L and 10 L Fill Formats

This stand-up spout pouch is aimed at outdoor, travel and immediate-drink occasions. The base holds itself upright, the top has a spout with a screw cap, and a handle area is built into the body, so a 5 L fill can be carried one-handed; the 10 L and 5 L in the product title refer to two filling formats. Fresh beer, milk and drinking water are among the ready-to-drink products often packed this way, and it also suits camping, markets and scenic-area retail.

The pouch body uses a laminated structure that combines a printed surface layer, a barrier core layer and a heat-seal inner layer. The barrier core helps reduce oxygen and light exposure to the contents, while the heat-seal inner layer affects seam tightness; together they minimise leakage risk during transport. A transparent body makes the liquid level and condition easy to inspect, which helps with restocking and stock checks.

Printing is available from 1 to 8 colours, with artwork, pattern and colour order produced from the customer's file. The volume is 5 L, and accessories such as a spout, screw cap and handle can be fitted; the MOQ is 10,000 pcs. Pouch dimensions, spout diameter and handle position can be adjusted, usually confirmed in one sampling round.

Typical applications include fresh beer, milk, juice, soup stock and drinking water. The stand-up design keeps the pouch upright on shelves or in chillers and takes up little display space, while consumers can use it straight from the spout without decanting into a cup.

Production is handled by Kody Packaging in Dongguan, Guangdong, covering printing, lamination, slitting and pouch making. Samples can be developed from an existing customer pouch or drawing, so feel, volume and spout position are checked before bulk production begins.
