Built for portable refill packaging of small-volume daily chemical liquids, this flip-top spout pouch can be made as a stand-up or three-side-seal format. Perimeter seals are flat and secure, and an optional bottom gusset helps the pouch stand for shelf display. The flip-top spout opens and closes with one hand, making hand sanitizer gel easy to dispense. Spout options include standard press-type and silicone valve versions; both resist leakage when inverted and are compatible with automatic capping on filling lines.

Pouch bodies are commonly laminated with PET/PE, PET/AL/PE or NY/PE film, allowing the structure to be selected around stiffness, barrier performance and squeeze resistance for different contents. Printing uses 1-8 colour gravure, delivering crisp image detail and consistent colour, with matte or gloss surface finishes available. Capacities range from 80ml to 5L across spouted pouches, flat-bottom bags and three-side-seal bags. Matching roll film in the same material can also be supplied for automatic filling lines.

Applications cover daily chemical and hotel supply products such as hand sanitizer gel, body wash, shampoo, disinfectant and laundry detergent, as well as small-format trial production for sauces, honey and other food items. Customisation is straightforward: send a sample or artwork to confirm bag style and size, we provide structure recommendations and a pre-production sample, then move to mass production after approval. Our factory is located in Dongguan, Guangdong, with a 10,000-class cleanroom and integrated printing, lamination and bag making.
