Odd-Shaped Food-Grade Aluminium Foil Stand-Up Spout Pouch | 1–1000 ml Custom Red Wine & Liquid Beverage Packaging

For red wine and other drinks that must be shielded from light, this odd-shaped food-grade stand-up spout pouch uses a flexible packaging format. The pouch body is built from aluminium foil and laminated material, and the food-grade construction can contact wine directly. Compared with a glass bottle, it is lighter and occupies less space in transit; after opening, wine can be poured as needed, making it suitable for by-the-glass sales or small tasting batches. Kody Packaging customizes the pouch to order, with capacities from 1 to 1000 ml.

Once filled, the stand-up base expands so the pack can stand on a table or chiller shelf. A die-cut outline gives the bag a more recognizable shape, while the spout helps regulate pouring speed. The foil layer blocks light and oxygen, which is relevant for a liquid as sensitive to oxidation and light as red wine; the laminated layer adds wall strength, helping the seals stay intact rather than split under transport vibration.

Printing is available in 1–8 colours. Capacities span 1–1000 ml, and the minimum order is 10,000 pcs. Customers can place label, vintage and region information on the panel, with pouch dimensions and spout diameter adjusted according to the drawing.

Primary applications are liquid beverages and red wine packaging. The pouch also works for juice, soy milk, coffee, milk tea, jelly, jam and other liquid foods, as well as flexible packaging for fresh milk.

Production is based in Dongguan, Guangdong, under the Kody Packaging brand. Sampling is available first from a customer’s own sample.
