Light-Blocking Spouted Liquid Pouch for 500ml Pet Disinfectant (Custom Print)

Designed around the filling needs of pet disinfectants and hypochlorous acid sanitisers, this light-blocking liquid pouch is supplied mainly as a stand-up spouted pouch or a valve-fit pouch. Bodies are sealed on either three or four sides, and each job is set up so that edge-seal width and corner radius match the client's own filling line. Spout options include straight, angled and leak-resistant valve versions, each combined with an inner plug and screw cap, a combination that keeps pouring controlled and survives repeated opening and closing without weeping. Because the pouch stands flat and stable on the line, it also feeds reliably through automatic pouch pick-up and filling equipment.

For the laminated structure, PET/AL/PE is the usual build, with PET/VMPET/PE also available; the aluminium-foil layer is what does the light blocking, while also holding back moisture and oxygen so the active ingredients in the formula stay stable for longer. The outer surface takes 1-8 colour gravure printing, which is enough to carry a brand's core colours, gradients and small type, and finishing can be matte, spot gloss or a slip-resistant touch if required. Volume options span 100ml up to 5L, and pouch width, pouch height, spout diameter and seal dimensions are all tooled to the drawing or sample supplied by the customer.

These bags suit pet cleaning and disinfecting liquids, hypochlorous acid water, household cleaners and small-format daily-chemical or agrochemical liquids. To start a custom order, simply send a sample pouch, artwork or the parameters of the filling machine; a proof is confirmed first, then plates are made and production begins. Production runs from our plant in Dongguan, Guangdong, where a Class 10000 clean workshop handles 1-8 colour printing, lamination and pouch making under one roof. The MOQ is 10,000 pcs, and matching roll film in the same material can be supplied alongside the pouches.
