The construction combines aluminium foil with laminated material. The outer layer carries the print and helps resist abrasion; the foil core blocks light and oxygen; the inner layer contacts the contents and forms the heat seal. A stand-up base keeps the filled pouch upright. The spout may be centred or set to one side, and its screw cap supports repeated dispensing, including pouring detergent into a washing-machine drawer.

Printing can run in 1–8 colours, while capacity remains 1–1000 ml and MOQ remains 10,000 pcs. Artwork, length-to-width ratio, spout diameter and seal-edge style can all follow the supplied drawing. On repeat orders, process parameters stay consistent after sample approval.
