Built for tree infusion programmes, this 1000 ml high-barrier spout pouch puts barrier film to work in plant nutrient solution packaging. The pouch body blocks light and moisture vapour effectively, keeping the liquid stable inside — a good match for a routine of filling, storing for a period, then hanging the pouch for infusion.
The construction starts from laminated material. A barrier layer in the middle slows and reduces the transmission of gas and moisture vapour; a printing layer and a heat-seal layer sit either side, so the pouch takes a sharp printed panel and still withstands the pull of filling and hanging. Welding the spout to the body creates a sealed outlet.
Capacity is 1000 ml and printing runs across 1–8 colours, with artwork produced from customer files. Optional accessories include an infusion needle and a lanyard. MOQ is 10,000 pcs, origin Dongguan, Guangdong, brand Kody Packaging, and pouch dimensions can be adjusted to order.
